Meet Dr. Alexander
Dr. Elmore D. Alexander, D.O., is a Family Medicine physician with more than 30 years of experience in integrative, patient-centered care and serves as the Medical Director of US420DOC, an alternative plant-based medical practice focused on expanding safe, evidence-based treatment and wellness options.
An Integrative and Veteran Wellness Physician, Dr. Alexander is dedicated to advancing compassionate solutions for Georgia veterans and communities suffering from PTSD, chronic pain, insomnia, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions. His clinical focus includes integrative and holistic medicine; veteran wellness and PTSD support; chronic pain and trauma recovery; sports medicine and injury rehabilitation; and Georgia medical cannabis evaluations and treatment for complex chronic conditions.
Nationally recognized for his leadership, he was selected among top physicians to serve with the United States Olympic Committee’s medical program and contributed to the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games Anti-Doping Control Development Team, helping design athlete health protection protocols and medical testing infrastructure. He has served on advisory and leadership boards including Northlake Regional Medical Center, Blue Cross QCPI HMO, and as Chairman of the DeKalb Family Practice Department, in addition to serving on an Atlanta Regional Commission advisory committee supporting public health initiatives across Georgia.
Dr. Alexander is also running for the Georgia House of Representatives District 94 seat to represent and address the health, economic, and justice imbalances impacting our communities.
